EXPERIENCE
Captain's Table Restaurant
Summer 2022 – Re-opening
- Developed all systems in place for the bar.
- Created specialty drink menu and starting bar inventory.
- Facilitated menu setup for the whole restaurant on Clover POS.
- Programmed all bar functions and menu on Clover POS.
- Assisted with hiring and training staff until fully trained on all aspects of both bar and POS system.
Watershed Bar
February 2008 – October 2018
- Owner/Operator, Sole Proprietor.
- Designed, developed and opened the bar by transforming an antique store.
- Oversaw all aspects of the business, day to day inventory and vendor accounts, trained and managed employees, all POS operations and payroll.
Edgewater Realty
2002 – 2004
- Realtor for sale of developments.
- Oversaw acquisition for commercial development and sales campaigns.
- Participated in sale of residential properties.
Bungalow Lounge
August 2022 – November 2022
- Remodeled inside bar.
- Installed Touch Bistro POS system, including install of new network and wifi, programmed and implemented POS for both front and back of house functions.
- Established all inventory controls, vendor accounts, and the bar’s standard operating procedures.
- Hired and trained all staff including the manager.
Barefoot Builders
2004 – 2008
- Project Manager Residential Construction and Development.
- Over saw every project from acquisition to completion.
- Secured financing for projects, applied for permits, facilitated bidding to acquire contracts to build and awarded contracts to qualified subcontractors as needed.
